Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using Miraq POS. Last updated: May 2026.

1. Service Overview

Miraq POS is a cloud-based point-of-sale system developed and operated by Miraq LABS Pvt Ltd. By registering for an account, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Trial & Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day free trial for new businesses. After the trial, the service costs 3,000 LKR per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly, and failure to complete payment may lead to temporary account suspension.

3. Data Retention Policy

To ensure optimal system performance and high-speed processing, sales data is automatically purged from our active database based on subscription tier: current calendar month's records for Free tier users are cleared on the 1st of next month, while Miraq Suite Pro Plan users retain records for up to 3 months. Users are responsible for exporting or saving the monthly PDF reports emailed automatically to their admin accounts.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. We use email OTP (One-Time Password) verification to enhance security. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Miraq LABS Pvt Ltd provides the service on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, data loss beyond the retention period, or system downtimes.

6. Support & Modifications

Technical support is provided via our official WhatsApp channels. We reserve the right to modify these terms or the system's features at any time, with notice provided via the system dashboard.
